The death occured at O'Leary Palliative Care ,surrounded by family on Wednesday June 3,2026,of Rodney Joseph Dugay of Palmer Rd, age 60. Rodney is the son of Joseph(late) and Addie(Perry) Dugay.

Lovingly remembered by his wife Sheila Dugay and their three sons Mitchell, Cody(Laura) and Tyler (Laura)and his mother Addie Dugay.

Always to be remembered by his grandchildren, Henry and Mya Patterson, Benson Handrahan, Macey Handrahan, Liam Handrahan, Jace Handrahan,and Easton Handrahan.

Sadly missed by his siblings, Ivan (Melinda), Gary (Velma), Lorna (late Glen) DesRoches, Ricky, and Randy (Cindy). His in-laws Linda(late Claude) Cormier, Brenda (Bev), Irma(Leo) Chaisson, Bessy Perry, Wanda(Brent) Handrahan, Junior Handrahan, Donna(Chris) Handrahan, Marlene Gavin, Allan (Elaine) Handrahan, along with numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.


Rodney was pre-deceased by his father Joseph Dugay, sister-in-law Jean (David) Handrahan, brothers-in-law Claude Cormier, and Glen DesRoches.

At this time the family would like to say a sincere Thank you to all of the Staff at O'Leary Palliative Care Unit, Home Care Support, Hospice and the Oncology Department in Summerside. Your care for Rodney did not go unnoticed.



Resting at West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Rd. St.Louis.

Visitation will be Monday June 8, 2026 from 6-9 pm

Funeral will be Tuesday June 9,2026 at 3:00 pm at Immaculate Conceptin Church, Palmer Rd. Interment in the church cemetery following the mass.
Fr Praveen will be officient.
