The death occurred on June 1, 2026 at Prince County Hospital with family by her side, of Helen Marie Kennedy MacNeill , of West Devon, aged 80. Beloved wife of the late Cleve MacNeill. She was the daughter of the the late Roy Kennedy and Rosella (O'Brien) Kenny and step daughter to the late Paul Kenny.

Loving mother to Carl(deceased)(Sheila LeClair)Profit, Janice(Trent) Livingstone, Proud grandmother to Matthew(Amanda) Profit, Derek(Whitney) Profit, TJ Livingstone, and Casey(Declan McMeans) Livingstone. Loving great-grandmother to Carleigh, Riley, Brooklynn,and Shalynn Profit,and Damien Profit, and Bianca and Daniel McMeans.

Helen will also be greatly missed by numerous neices and nephews, cousins , friends and large extended families

Helen was predeceased by her parents Roy Kennedy, Rosella(O'Brien) Kenny and step-father Paul Kenny. son Carl Profit, granddaughter Paige Livingstone, Husband Cleve MacNeill,in-iaws Eric and Wanda MacNeill and sisters-in-law Erica(Bruce) Curry and Nora MacNeill

Helen worked at Western Hospital,in Alberton for 39 years in Health Records Administration. She was also very interested in her family's geneology, she was the one that knew more about family history than most.


Resting at West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Rd.

There will be no visitation by personal request.

Funeral will be Saturday June 6, 2026 at 11:00am at Immaculate Conception Church,Palmer rd.

Fr. Praveen will be the celebrant. Interment in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
