The death occurred suddenly with family by her side at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Saturday February 14, 2026, of Kathleen Margaret Prince. She was the wife of the late Howard Prince, of Charlottetown, P.E.I., and formerly of Buffalo, NY, aged 76. Kathleen was the daughter of the late John and Irene Koprowski.

She was the loving mother of Mark Prince and Amber Prince (Robert Stoller); and special Nana of Chloe Kindavong and Isabella Kindavong.

Shis is also survived by her brother, Richard Koprowski (Sandy); sister, Linda Burkhart (Frank); and several nieces and nephews.

Kathleen was predeceased by her late parents; and brothers, David Koprowski and Johnny Koprowski.

Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, New Glasgow. By personal request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
