The death occurred suddenly and peacefully at Maplewood Manor, Alberton, January 19th 2026 of Mark Doyle, of Tignish Aged 85 years. Mark was the husband of the late Rosetta Doyle and son of the late James and Ester Doyle of Skinners Pond PEI

Beloved father to Chris Doyle(Dianne), Jamie Doyle(Gina), Tammy Shea(Micheal), Lisa MCInnis(Ronnie), Tracy Doyle Arsenault(Tommy)and loving Grandfather to, Karen, Cramer, Kiana, Jami lea, Jordan, Riley, Brendan, Katie ,Kelly , AJ, Rachel, Jeremy, Henry, and Marcus and Great-Grand father to,Theo, Maeryn, Wes, Kessler,Marlee, Stella and Miller.

Lovingly remembered by his brothers and sisters, Margaret Profit, Eddie(Brenda) Doyle, Roy Doyle, Claire MacPherson,Christine Murray, John Doyle, Angela(Ivan) Perry, Leo(Sharon) Doyle, Mary(David) Rioux, Ray Doyle,and Marie(Nelson) Chaisson and sister-in-law Elaine Norton.

Lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews, and a huge extended family.

He was Predeceased by his parents,James and Esther Doyle, wife Rosetta, brothers and sisters, Billy Doyle, Philip Doyle, Stella McLelland and Anne Shea, also pre-deceased by his in-laws, Nancy Doyle, Donnie Shea, Edward Profit, Carl McLellan, Agnes Doyle, Lennie MacPherson, Billy Murray, Shirley Doyle.


Resting at the West Prince funeral home, 522 Thompson Rd., Palmer Road.

Visitation will be Thurday January 22, 2026 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

Funeral mass will be held at St. Simon & St.Jude Church, Tignish PEI
on Friday Jan 23 2026 at 10:00 am,with Fr.Tim Broderick as officiant.

There will be a reception following the mass at the Tignish Parish Center
