The death occurred peacefully, with family by her side at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Monday, October 20, 2025,of Beverly Frizzell, of Hunter River and Winsloe, aged 68.  
 
She was the daughter of the late Ivan and Bertha (Smith) Frizzell.  
 
Beverly was the loving mother of Carol MacKenzie (Albert) and Dean Frizzell (Nowell Stoen); and cherished grandmother of Billy O’Halloran, Anthony O’Halloran and Tyler Stoen-Talbot.  
 
She is survived by her siblings, John Frizzell (Diane), Ida Harding (Errol Harding, deceased) (Del), Mary Frizzell (Dee), Gordon Frizzell (Penny), Linda Gowing-Burke (Ross Gowing, deceased)(Wayne Burke, deceased), Norma MacLean (Wayne), Harry Frizzell (Paula Corr) and Andrew Frizzell.  
 
She will also be lovingly remembered and missed by her U.S, Sussex, and Newfoundland Families; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.  
 
Besides those listed above, Beverly was predeceased by her brothers, James and William Frizzell; nieces, Maxine Harding-Doucette and Pauline Frizzell; and nephew, Wayne Stewart MacLean.  
 
Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, New Glasgow, for visitation on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. The funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley.

The funeral for Beverly Frizzell, of Hunter River and Winsloe, was held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, New Glasgow. The service was conducted by Pastor Mike Hamilton and Pastor Dana Ingersoll, who offered words of comfort and reflection in their messages. The scripture reading was Psalm 23 and was read by Sister, Linda Gowing-Burke. Heartfelt words of remembrance were shared by friends, Sheila Barns, Gaya Dykerman and Connie Barlow. Pastor Dana Ingersoll, Sarah Weeks and Brad Trivers provided music for the service. Musical selections included: “Never Not Remember You”, an audio by Cooper Alan, and “Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone), played by Brad Trivers and sung by Sarah Weeks and Brad Trivers. Honorary Pallbearers were Anthony O’Halloran, Al MacKenzie, Harry Frizzell, Andrew Frizzell and Wilma Dykerman. The Bearer of Honour was Billy O’Halloran. The Flower Bearers were Carol MacKenzie, Dean Frizzell, Anthony O’Halloran, Crystal Bestilny and Jessica Carr. Interment took place in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley.
